While running a race of business, you need to make sure that the support system that you have is good enough. If you do not have proper helping hands, your growth would face obstacles and as mentioned earlier, for growing properly, it's necessary that the people handling the key areas are ready to take their responsibility and understand that they too are getting success along with you.

It's better if you spend some dollars for self development and personal development of your companions too. Thus, once you plan out and run accordingly, you can find that success would be yours in due time.
