6 lessons we can learn from the great Entrepreneurs of the world

Do you know what's common in Satya Nadella (Microsoft CEO) who came out of a small town from India to lead world's greatest software firm and Steve jobs bringing the all-important innovation to drive the success of Apple? If you just thought they were both bald, well nice sense of humor. But turning to the important resemblance i.e. they earned the spot among one of world's top entrepreneurs only due to their hard journey, no one else could have trekked.

Who can miss the name ‘Mark Zuckerberg' while writing such an article? The most successful billionaire amongst the emerging deserves every appraisal. He started as a small company dropping out of college, just a bit early in his age, just like most entrepreneur Florida is having and reached where no one else could or probably will. So, Reading again and again the biographies, research experiences and quotes written from the successful entrepreneurs, I found that the most basic elements of life runs it most effectively and have listed some of them here

Decisions: Sitting in your 4X4 bay seat and working anonymously for the clients you probably don't even know? Well stats have revealed that, there were 2.34 million of resignations in US in 2013, the most pull outs (voluntarily or forced), since the Recession in 2009. I really don't know or care if their decision went profitable, but they ultimately settled in more favorable jobs than they were doing. More importantly their liberty and imagination didn't died. The example of mark Zuckerberg dropping out and starting Facebook is the supreme example I can think about.

6 lessons we can learn from the great Entrepreneurs of the world

Competition: A popular quote says "your rivals are the reflection of your success", Dealing with the competition needs out-of-box ways and thinking. The successful people tried something that everyone didn't dared. They took responsibilities for everything they planned and adapted to points which weren't successful. The key in marketing is not always winning, but not letting the opposition to win is a considerable victory.

No shortcuts: Yes I know you know it, but I learned it by going through the most promising journeys of men who actually tried everything and learned this lesson the hard way. There were many business loses and marketing slumps before some could hard code this lesson into their brains.

Customers are God: No matter what a piece of genius you develop, the end product needs to grab the attention of your customers. To create customers, create their needs and fulfill them.

Drag yourself an extra inch: Sitting late in your office late for getting a project done? Or just because some senior doubted your efficacy. Well done, you just started putting something extra than others to achieve success.

Go Social and Build Connections: Knowing more people means you know the needs and perspectives of your audience. You can know what the requirement of your audience is or precisely, what is your target audience and it precisely doesn't mean only Facebook, twitter or Google+.
